THE IDEA

A place to belong.
Room to contribute.

Meet people with shared interests, spend time together, and help shape what the club does next.

One club, with smaller groups members can move between. The first four meetings and four outings help introductions become familiar faces. Over time, members can suggest ideas, co-host activities and take on leadership with support from the organising team.

Community plans can be shared through short, informal updates. Members choose how they want to take part.

THE LAUNCH SERIES

Meet. Share an experience.
Meet again.

Four meetings alternate with four outings. The meetings give members a voice in the club, while the outings give everyone time to connect.

HOW WE CONNECT

Your comfort
comes first.

The proposed approach keeps activity pairings flexible and gives members a choice.

  1. 01

    Choose a format

Short paired tasks, a small group, or a mix that suits the activity.

  2. 02

    Change privately

Ask an organiser for another partner or group. No public explanation needed.

  3. 03

    Keep familiar faces

Rotate some groups while building connections through repeated contact.

BEYOND THE PILOT

Members shape
what comes next.

By Meeting 4, agree the next activity, its host and a date. A small volunteer core and a rolling calendar can help the club continue, with steady grassroots support.

LET’S TALK IT THROUGH

Every question
deserves an answer.

Proposed arrangements for discussion. These answers explain how the club could work. The team must confirm policies, dates, costs and contact routes before registration.

THE NEXT STEP

A thoughtful start.
A community that lasts.

Before registration opens, the team will need to agree the profile form, calendar, budget, organiser contacts and continuation plan.
